Preparations for Sensation Innerspace in Barcelona are in full swing. Below you'll find important information to ensure a smooth start to an unforgettable night.
VENUE DOORS
The venue opens at 20.00 hours. The show starts at 22.00 hours. Make sure you are on time for the spectacular opening. The show ends at 05.00 hours.

DRESS CODE
Please note that if you are not dressed in white you are not admitted to the event area. Not even with a valid ticket. We will not refund any money. The white dress code means that your top and bottom need to be white. You can wear shirts with small prints and accessories of another colour. Your shoes do not have to be white. Blue or any colour other than white jeans is not allowed.
BE PART OF THE NIGHT, DRESS IN WHITE!
MINIMUM AGE
Only persons of 18 years and older are admitted entrance to Sensation at the Palau Sant Jordi. Even with permission from your parents or with guidance you are not permitted when under 18 years.
TICKETS
Please bring your ticket to the venue as well as a photographic ID – a passport or a driving license only. Once you have entered you will not be allowed to leave the venue and return. Please arrange to give your ticket to your friends before you enter the event.
Your ticket clearly states what entrance to enter. All Deluxe ticket holders will enter through the Deluxe entrance, within the “Palau 3” sector.

Shuttle service (Plaza de España–Venue–Plaza de España) before opening doors, during the end of the show and after closing doors.

PEOPLE IN A WHEELCHAIR
There is a full wheelchair access. When in the entrance, people in a wheelchair are assisted and guided by venue’s attendants.
CLOAKROOM
There will be free cloakroom for VIP ticket holders.
Deluxe ticket holders will have limited free cloakroom.
Regular guests can purchase a ticket for the cloakroom for 3.00 € an item for a coat or a bag. The location of the cloakroom will be clearly signed inside the Palau Sant Jordi. Please note that space at the regular cloakroom is limited as well.
SENSATION MERCHANDISE
There will be white clothing available at the merchandise stand, which is located just by the ticket gates, outside the venue. There will be further stands inside the venue (2) as well as another one for Dance – Tools. All of them will be places on the 4th floor. The prices will be around 30€ for white shirt and 40€ for trousers.
TOILETS
There are plenty of toilets in Palau Sant Jordi. They are all free of charge.
PAYMENT SYSTEM
SENS is the established payment system in use for SENSATION. All food and drinks must be paid for in SENS.
There are many money exchange stations to exchange Euro to SENS. You can buy SENS using either cash or a credit card. 2€ is equivalent to 1 SENS (there will be a price list at the POS). SENS are non-refundable. For your own convenience, try to anticipate your expense and thus avoid having to queue again.
DRINKS
Drinks will cost:
- Large Drink 5 Sens
- Mojito 3 Sens
- Soft Drinks / Redbull 2 Sens
- Bottled Water 2 Sens
- Beer 2–4 Sens
PHOTO AND VIDEO
To make sure you capture all special moments at Sensation, you may bring your mobile phones and/ or pocket digital cameras. Except for persons holding an official press accreditation from Sensation, (semi) professional cameras and video cameras are not allowed and will be taken from you at the entrance of the venue.
They will be confiscated and given back at the end of the night (identifying between the two is at the discretion of the Palau Sant Jordi / security).
SMOKING AREAS
There will be designated smoking areas for Regular guest as well as for Deluxe ones. However, it will be not possible to purchase cigarettes within the venue.
LIVE BROADCAST
We are happy to announce that Máxima FM, the media partner for Sensation Barcelona, will broadcast the event.
DRUGS POLICY
There is a zero-tolerance policy to drugs at Sensation. You are not allowed to bring any drugs. Security and police will be very strict.
There will be full bag searches and magnetic wand searches for everyone, as well as Police and Sniffer Dogs.
